My Best SelfBeing your BEST self is not only about what you put in your body and how you move your body, but it’s also about the environment around you and how you care for your body.

I made the decision earlier this year to make my health and wellness a priority. 

I tackled nutrition. I started eating whole food and buying organic. I eliminated processed food from my diet and greatly reduced my dairy and gluten intake. I have a plant-based super-food smoothie every day and added 30 fruits and vegetables to my daily intake. 

I started exercising for the first time in about 12 years. I finally faced the truth that I was never going to GO to the gym because I wanted to be at home in the evenings with the boys, so I stopped wasting money on a gym membership that I wasn’t using. Now I’m getting my money’s worth from a super affordable program I do in my home and am working out 5 days a week. #dowhatworks

I’m replacing my Skincare System, personal care toiletries and household items with clean, chemical-free solutions. By using non-toxic cleaning products, I’m reducing the chemicals my kids are exposed to on a daily basis. This has definitely not been easy but it’s so worth it.
